It looks like he will shoot him with the Banishing Gun. Instead, Sanzo throws the gun away, allowing Goku to come after him. Goku pins Sanzo to the ground, but is unable to strike him. The Maten Sutra comes to life, trapping Goku within it, and Sanzo replaces Goku's youkai limiter -- something that, supposedly, only the gods can do. Both Sanzo and Goku collapse, unconscious. |

Sanzo shoots the cig out of the air with the reply: "To borrow your words: That's over."
