The main character in Virus Buster Serge, Serge is something of an enigma. He shows up out of the blue to make an attempt on Raven's life. Why? Well, he doesn't really know why, but he just feels (very strongly, I might add) that Raven needs to die.

Um, OK. Well, moving on from there, it would be easy to believe Serge is one angry, bitter character, especially considering our first meeting with him. And, I suppose, he is -- at first. But, as the show progresses, Serge seems to change, also. At first, he seems to be searching for nothing more than clues to his past and some sort of closure. He seems as shocked as the rest of the Virus team to discover he has special abilities -- abilities which make him uniquely qualified to defeat Virus. Eventually, Serge manages to fit into the team. His attitude softens, and I think he truly does fall in love with Erika, the one character with whom he has the most in common. I believe he does find some answers to the questions about his past, but I'm not sure they were the ones for which he had hoped.
