I'm not usually a fan of Shoujo anime. I tend to be more of a things-blowing-up, fighting-for-your-life, giant-mecha kinda gal. But, FY touched a very deep chord with me, thus earning enough of a place in my heart to warrant a spot in my gallery, and it's own special dent in my bank account. The incredible range of feelings and emotions in this show kept me completely hooked --- literally, glued to my seat --- from beginning to end. I laughed. I felt for everyone. I wanted them all to be happy, even though I knew it was impossible. And, yes, I cried. I'm not ashamed to admit it. And, when the show was over ... I plopped the DVDs right back into my player so I could do the whole thing, all over again!
Seldom does a show set off that range of emotions in me, and, for that reason, I will always look for cels to add to this collection. But, the prices tend to make me be even more selective than I would normally be ... so this area will likely be a slow grower.
I have a hard time finding cels I love and can afford from this show ... so, this is a slow-growing gallery. Still, I hope to continue adding to it over time.
